This vehicle was sold on 11/20/18. For the guy who has everything, here's a "minty" 1980 Delta Mini Cruiser with 26,000 miles. Created by Delta Motor Corp in the Philippines, the Delta Mini Cruiser is a smaller version of the Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 we all know and love.
The truck is stock and unmolested. It's been fully serviced and repainted in it's factory green color. Purchased from the original owner, she spent most of her life stored in a dry climate while being driven sparingly.
Everything has been inspected, serviced, replaced and or refurbished including the low miles 1.6L 12R 4-cylinder engine, transmission, differentials, suspension, brakes, electrical, exhaust and interior. Includes a clean Florida title and the original invoice.
In addition to assembling Toyota's for the local market, Delta used their own name to market the "Mini Cruiser", a little off-roader appearing a lot like a scaled-down 40-series Toyota Land Cruiser and using Toyota engines and other technology. It was developed in the mid-seventies especially for the Philippine Army as the M-1777, but was also sold commercially. The Mini Cruiser (sometimes called the Explorer) was even exported, to Colombia, Papua New Guinea, the Middle East and to Italy. Supplies dried up in 1986, following Delta's untimely bankruptcy in 1984. The now rare Delta Mini Cruiser also became available as a two-seater pickup truck, estate, van, and as a five-seater 4x4 in the 1980s. Priced in the low $20's. You will find 30 PHOTOS HERE!
