NAS (North American Spec) 1982 FJ40's are some of the most rare Land Cruisers on the planet. This 1982 Medium Blue FJ40 has been in AZ, OH, ID and CO and is in remarkably good condition and wearing most of her original paint.  There was some minors rust primarily in the wheel tubs that has been repaired.

 

The body is uncut, the glass is excellent, the interior is very nice with upholstery and headliner having been replaced. This FJ40 was with it's previous owner for the last 10 years. The truck has a new wiper motor, recent complete brake service with new rotors and all new knuckle seals.

Original 4.2L 2F engine with emissions and original 4-speed manual transmission with 3:70 gears. Engine, transmission, clutch and brakes all in good working order. The suspension has been upgraded to Old Man Emu and new 33x10.50 BFG All Terrain KO tires are wrapped around OEM steel 15" white spoke wheels. Includes Owners manual, toolkit, jack & jack rods.

Feb 6 - I had the brakes gone thru and they are working well. The e-brake has been adjusted. All the old brake was fluid flushed, oil changed and diff's checked. I added new OEM front signal lenses and other small OEM parts.

 

March 16 - Picked up The Land Cruiser from Custom Finish Auto after small rust areas in the rear were cut out and new metal welded in. New paint over wheel tubs and cargo area and some minimal exterior blending after small repairs. $1,325. Installed new OEM rear TOYOTA and 4WD emblems.
